Explain and illustrate the professional bodies supporting the functions within the games industry. Produce a profile for each of the following:

Professional Bodies
UKIE
IGDA
Women in Games
BAFTA
MEF

You are aiming to comprehensively explain the professional bodies within the games industry with reference to elucidated examples. You should be using subject terminology consistently and correctly.

The title of this work should be titled Task 5 – Professional Bodies Supporting the Industry.


UKIE
The UKIE is a trade body that stands to support uk based game developing company or wider global interactive company, the UKIE dont look for profit they look to support and hep company grow and be public around the world so the growth of the companies grow.
IGDA
The IDGA is another company like UKIE but this one is in america and has the same motive as UKIE 'he UKIE dont look for profit they look to support and hep company grow and be public around the world so the growth of the companies grow' this is the exact same for the IDGA and they do not wish to profit but help the growth of any size company
Women in games
Women in games have a very large talked about area for how they are come across in a game with the way they are created and developed.
The main aspect of a women in a game is the sexual orientations of the developed body of a women, the sexual orientation is that the female breasts are developed to be a lot bigger then natural women would look so that a wider range of men would play the game, as weird as it sounds this could be true.
Mainly in fighter games such as tekkan,Stret Fighter, these games it easy to tell which women have the bigger sexual appearance in the game.

BAFTA
The BAFTA stands for The British Academy of Film and Television Arts award which can go to anyone who has been entered in to the draw and would be voted for an award.
The games bafta award which is BAFTA YGD, this is the awards that can go to the following categories

MEF
MEF is an abbreviation for Managed Extensibility Framework.
This is for creating a lightweight and basic application, with MEF it is like a tab for coding easy to keep track of and so it helps them avoid failure when working on an application so this application when being built the codes will be shown as MEF so its easy to veiw and find a problem if there is one
